Do you have a concern or complaint about the care we have provided for you or something else about the service offered by Great Haywood Dental Practice?

We want to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service, we take all feedback, comments, concerns and complaints very seriously indeed.  After all we are reliant on our reputation.

If there's something you're particularly pleased with it would be great to to be able to let that member of staff know their efforts are appreciated

 

Perhaps you don't have a complaint as such, but think we have it in us to do something for you that little bit better?  We are grateful for and listen to all feedback provided to us and try to implement changes accordingly where we can.

Recent Survey Feedback 2021 -

thankyou to everyone that completed a survey for us: It seems that we are doing well in your eyes, as 100% of respondents said that they were Extremely Likely to recomend us or Had already done so. There were some lovely comments including: "Very covid safe. Excellent customer care", "While the staff were very professional they made me feel at ease and I felt that nothing was to much trouble for them for me to feel like that"  and "Always hated visiting the dentist, Peter changed that, I now feel completely at ease"    Thank You. Whilst waiting times weren't an issue, a small number of you did have to wait up to ten minutes beyond your booked appointment time... we shall see what we can do about improving that further if we can.
