If you have a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity. We keep sessions free for urgent problems or concerns each day, mid-morning and afternoon so that we can see you the same day if possible. Please call as early in the day as possible to enable us to arrange a suitable appointment.

Emergencies arising outside our normal hours

Please follow our current guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and weekends which can be found on our practice answerphone (01889 882873) and on the main entrance of the practice.
